On Saturday, September 27th nobody was cooking… except our chefs! On Dolac, instead for grincajg, over 5000 people came to enjoy the street food. Klopa s klupa is a fine project that brings local and international snacks to Dolac – the belly of the city, a place of meetings and gatherings. If we eat more and more on the street, does it mean that we have to eat bad? Street food is not (just) meatballs of a questionable quality, sandwich from a bakery and semi-cold pizza. Cleverly designed food made from healthy, local ingredients, creatively presented with affordable prices can turn casual bite into a mini experience, that ends with a full belly. Klopa s klupa was ‘cooked’ in collaboration with the Señor agency. We are looking forward to the next editions of this street food event. (Photo credit: LeTim)
